Minimum Order

Our minimum order is $1200 (toys / bouncers rental cost), this is to make sure that our staff and drivers will get paid fairly.

Rental Time

The rental time on our website is for a minimum 3-hour rental (between 10:00am to 6:30pm, please contact us for party time outside of this period) , we will come about 30 mins earlier to set up before the rental period. and start dismantling after the 3-hour rental period. For additional rental time, it is 15%/hr  of the rental cost. 

Cleaniness

We understand the importance of cleanliness so every bouncy castle will be cleaned BEFORE and AFTER the rental by 75% alcohol. In fact you can see how we clean them as it will be done on site!

  • How much does it cost to delivery my booking?
    Our minimum order is $1200 (before delivery cost). We charge a very reasonable delivery cost on your order. HK Island(except Stanley) - HKD200* Kowloon - HKD380 New Territories - HKD400* Tung Chung - HKD550 Discovery Bay - HKD850 *For Fanling, Sheung Shui, Tuen Mun, Tin Sui Wai, Yuen Long, Sai Kung, Stanley or other remote areas, there will be a HKD50 extra charge. Do you need an entertainer or on site staff to look after the kids so that you can enjoy the party fully?
  • How long can I rent for the bouncy castles / toys?
    The rental price on our website is for a 3-hour rental, we will come about 30 mins earlier to set up before the rental period. We will only dismantle after the 3-hour rental period. For additional rental time, it is only 15% of the rental cost per hour.
  • Do you offer any discount?

Terms and Conditions

1. The following Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using the services provided by Toysland HK Ltd. By renting any items from Toysland HK Ltd. or utilizing any of its services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms. Please review them thoroughly before proceeding.

2.Car Parking Fee for setup and removal, if any, will be collected at cost.

3. Surcharge applies if floor climbing or long distance travel after unloading is required. Please advise any floor climbing or long distance travel in advance to allow suitable manpower! If not, setup may be cancelled due to difficulties of setting up, and no deposit will be refunded.

4. Adult supervision of the kid's play should be maintained at all times. The hirer accepts full responsibility for the activities that occur on and around the rental item(s). Toysland HK Ltd. is not responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the users of the rental item(s).

5. Additional Fees for Challenging Deliveries
Given the substantial weight and bulky dimensions of many rental products, deliveries involving staircases (i.e., 5 or more consecutive steps), long distances from the loading bay (100 meters or more), steep inclines, uneven terrain, bulk quantity orders, or other comparable challenges will be designated as “challenging deliveries” and subject to additional fees.

Fees are determined as follows:

 

  • HK$50 per 50kg per flight of stairs, per item, each way.

 

  • HK$50 per 100m (or partial 100m segment) per item, each way.

 

 

  • Bulk deliveries may incur extra fees based on total weight. For orders exceeding 100kg in total combined weight, an additional HK$100 per 30kg will apply. Weights under 10 kg will be rounded up and charged as 10 kg.


For exceptionally heavy items (over 100kg) or complex bulk orders, stair access or standard delivery may be impractical. These cases will be reviewed individually, and alternative solutions or pricing may apply.

6. Clients must notify us of potential delivery challenges prior to confirming an order. Failure to disclose obstacles in advance may result in delayed setup or an inability to complete the delivery.


7. Please do not attach anything, e.g. banner, on the bouncer and toys. No SHOES, food and drink inside bouncy. All the above mentioned will require extensive cleaning effort. If such happens, a cleaning fee of HKD300.- will be charged. No COLOR PENS, Marker or similar pens be allowed on rental item(s) as permanent marks will be made. If such happened, fee of HKD500.- will be charged, and we reserve the right to claim the loss if the rental item(s) needed to be scrapped.

8. Rented items must be returned in the same venue and condition as they are in hand-over to the hirer. Special attention should be given to all parts of the item and small balls, which if scattered around or even missed, charges apply. For scattering around, a collection charge of HKD100 will be levied. Lost balls, individual replacement fee, HKD2.- for each ball, need to be beared by the hirer.

9. Kindly be aware that if rain is predicted on the day of the order, the toys/items rented must be arranged in an indoor location in order to ensure the safety of  your children, our staff, and our properties. The hirer must make provisions for an alternative indoor venue in such circumstances. Otherwise, the event may have to be cancelled or rescheduled.

10. Cancellation Policy: 

Toy Rental/ Set up
**Cancellations Made More Than or 7 Days Before the Event** : If you cancel your toy rental more than or 7 days before the scheduled event, advance payment can be refunded but a HKD300 administrative fee will be reduced from the deposit.

**Cancellations Made Within 7 Days of the Event** : If you cancel your toy rental within 7 days before the scheduled event, there will be no refund on deposit.

Entertainer/ Performance/ Show

  • Cancellation Fees:

50% of the total amount will be charged for cancellations made after confirmation.
100% of the total amount will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the show.

​

  • Rescheduling Policy (24+ Hours Notice):

No charge applies if the show is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, provided the new date falls within 30 days of the original show.

​

  • Rescheduling Policy (Within 24 Hours Notice):

A 50% fee of the total amount will be charged for rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the show, and the new date must also be within 30 days of the original show.


11. Bad Weather Condition:
For outdoor setting, the booking can be cancelled THREE days in advance due to weather forecast of rainy weather by Hong Kong Observatory, all deposit will be refunded. If rainy weather was forecasted on the setup day, the toys booked will not be setup outdoor.  No deposit will be refunded for same day cancellation.  Balance will be collected if setup staff arrived the venue.

For bad weather conditions (i.e. Hong Kong Observatory issues a Tropical Cyclone Signal Warning No. 8 or above, Rainstorm Signal RED or BLACK), you may choose to postpone the event to another date (subject to the toys' availability) or cancel it with full refund (without charging any administrative fee). 

12. The hirer is responsible for overseeing the safety of participants during the rental period. You are recommended to obtain appropriate and adequate insurance for the event if extra safeguarding for your members or guests is needed. Toysland HK Ltd. bears no liability for the event's participants.

13. In case of any dispute, Toysland HK Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.
